Group Sales Coordinator (h/f/x)

• Group Coordination – You take the lead on group bookings and make sure every detail is communicated to the Sales & Event development Specialist.
• Team Connector – You work closely with the Proactive Sales and Sales & Event development Specialist.
• Client Contact – You enjoy talking with organizers, making sure everything is clear, and translating their wishes into well-executed stays and events.
• Sales Support – You contribute to our business success through research, prospecting, and staying in touch with new and existing clients.
• Structured and Reliable – You keep things running behind the scenes, especially during busy periods. Contracts, checklists—you make sure nothing is missed.
• Result-Oriented – You like seeing results from your efforts and are always thinking ahead to find better ways of doing things.
• Multilingual Communication – You speak Dutch as native, French, and English fluently, and that helps you connect with our diverse clients and team members.
